Baja comes from one of our favorite dams, an import, Chilena Barbados (deceased). Baja, like her mom, is very correct. She learned her dams’ mothering instinct early when Barbados suddenly died. Baja provided the mentoring and emotional support for the 2 month old cria Barbados left us with. Lobo faired very well under big sisters admonitions. Baja had a great cria in 2009.  Look for her in the show ring for 2010.  We are keeping her male cria from 2008 as a junior herdsire.

and that Bolivian lineage is laid back and nice to be around.

New photos of Jolatta taken on 2/28/08 see below. Take a chance!! Jolatta has wonderful babies. This female is a “whole lotta” llama! She is NOT for the inexperienced owner. Jolatta is a brown and white paint out of the famous Federico (Lopez X Fredericka). If you are familiar with the old lines you know that he was bred by Andy Tillman and was one of the first original suri fibered llamas. Her dam is Tomollas Johanna, a Bolero daughter. Jolatta is amazing. She was shown once and came in Reserve champion. She is still straight and upright!
